Flight Risk operates this website. This notice explains the information we collect when you join our fan list or send music for review, and how to make a request about it.

The fan list

When you opt in, we store your email address, optional city, and a record of your consent. We use these details for the music and event updates you request. City information helps us make event updates relevant. You can unsubscribe below. Joining the list again does not override an earlier opt-out.

Music submissions

We store the artist and contact details, listening link, track information, notes and review permission you submit. Flight Risk’s team uses these for private A&R review and to contact you about the music. Submission does not add you to the fan list or transfer any rights. Please share only information you are authorized to provide.

How the site runs

Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores form records in the United States. These providers process information to operate their services. Our form security checks use a protected fingerprint of your network address to limit spam; we do not store your raw network address in the submissions database. Hosting providers may separately retain technical access logs.

Flight Risk’s website does not set advertising cookies, use analytics, or save form drafts in your browser. If you choose to load the Bandcamp player or follow an external music link, that service’s privacy practices apply.

Access and retention

Form records are restricted to authorized Flight Risk personnel and the service providers supporting the site. We do not publish submission links or sell your personal information. We retain information while needed for the purpose you provided it, handling requests, preventing abuse, or meeting applicable obligations. An opt-out record may be retained to honor your preference.

Your choices

Use the form below to unsubscribe, request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe requests take effect in our fan list immediately. Access and deletion requests require team review; we may contact you to verify ownership before releasing or deleting records. The response will not reveal whether an email address is on our list.
